1. No Refund or Exchange on Used Products For hygiene and safety reasons, used, opened, or tested products cannot be returned or refunded, even partially. Please check your order carefully before using any product.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video To process any claim, customers must record a clear video while opening the sealed parcel, showing the outer packaging, shipping label, and inside contents in one continuous, uncut video. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances. This helps maintain fairness and protects both the buyer and the seller.

3. Returns Are Accepted Only If:
• The wrong product was received.
• The product arrived damaged or leaked.
• The issue is reported within 3 days of delivery with the unboxing video and photos as proof.
All claims are reviewed by our support team before approval.

4. Refund or Replacement Process
If your claim is approved:
• A replacement or refund will be issued (via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash for COD orders).
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after claim verification.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable, except when the error is from our side.

5. Refund or Exchange Will Not Apply To:
• Used, opened, or tampered items
• Claims without an unboxing video
• Requests made after 3 days of delivery
• Products bought during sales, bundle offers, or promotions
• Personal dislike (e.g., texture, fragrance, or results)
