If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
• Be unused
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or order details

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from the Glamify website, you may request a return within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Returned products should contain at least 50% of the original product to qualify for a return request.

Once the returned item is received, our team will review and inspect the product before processing any refund or replacement request.

Important Notes
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers requesting a return may be required to send the product back using a reliable courier service.
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
